i love going online and shopping at urbanoutfitters.com. i do it everyday i’m at work. i look for sales. i love the quality of the clothes. i’m obsessed and i wanna look just like the models on the site. i haven’t gone broke shopping on there, but i definetly spend more than i need and should.

how to break this shopping addiction?

I know how you feel. I am on ebay and online clothing stores every day looking for new things. I think a lot of people have this addiction because it is so easy to fall into. All you do is click some buttons and the items get delivered to your door without leaving your home.

You should cancel your online accounts if it is getting very bad. If you do not want to cancel them, then you need to try to be more controlling over how much you get. Maybe write out a list of things you want and things you need. cross out the things you want and only get the things you need. Another thing you can do is get another account and organise some money to be put into that account each pay (say $50 or something) and use that account for your online shopping and when it runs out, do not use the other account.
